We have kept certain techniques of cultivation and working the vines, and the farming culture has remained intact, which means respect for the environment, passion for our work, and pride in presenting a good genuine wine.
Thanks to their position, exposure and steepness, these lands guarantee an optimal use of the microclimate , so favouring the perfect development of the plants. They are lands which are beautiful to see but not easy to cultivate. Fatigue and sweat are the seasonings of the vines, mature vines which have been there for more than 70 years, treated with respect and passion, almost known by name by their owners, who can tell the exact place of origin of any bunch of grapes chosen randomly.
